I work with all attachments including substance, codependency, and food. I use Buddhist principles to aid with recovery and to help promote happiness. Life can be difficult and often finding solutions to our issues can be baffling and difficult. I help guide people through their issues using Buddhist principles such as mindfulness and very basic strategies to reduce suffering. I work with family members as well as the sufferer.
